Question 1

What is the minimum order and typical lead time?

Accepted Answer

There is no fixed minimum order; we quote single units as readily as full container loads. Lead time depends on rating and specification — standard units are quoted in weeks. Send the requirement sheet and we will state a date rather than a range.

Question 2

Which standards do you build to?

Accepted Answer

IEC 60076 for Europe, most of Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America, and ANSI/IEEE C57.12 for North America. Efficiency compliance is checked separately against EU Ecodesign Regulation 2019/1783 or US DOE 10 CFR 430 depending on destination.

Question 3

What information do you need to quote?

Accepted Answer

Rating in kVA, primary and secondary voltage, frequency, vector group, impedance voltage, governing standard, cooling method, IP rating, altitude and ambient temperature, and any harmonic or K-factor requirement. A single-line diagram is ideal. Technical proposal and indicative FOB price within 24 hours.
